MYNDOZ BOS Business Operating System

Your business does not need
more software. It needs
a better operating system.

MYNDOZ BOS is the operating system for founder-led manufacturing companies — one connected way to set strategy, run operations, apply AI and hold execution accountable. Not another tool. The layer that finally makes your tools, teams and decisions work as one.

The CEO's Challenge

The company grew.
The operating model didn't.

Most manufacturing businesses between ₹25 and ₹150 crore are not held back by demand, capability or effort. They are held back by an operating model built for a smaller company — one that still depends on the founder to hold it together.

The symptoms are familiar. The cause is structural.

01

Every decision routes through you

The business runs at the speed of the founder's attention.

02

No single view of the truth

Numbers arrive late, differ by department, and are argued before they are used.

03

Meetings replace systems

Coordination happens verbally, so nothing survives the week it was agreed.

04

Reporting is manual

Senior people spend days assembling what a dashboard should produce in seconds.

05

Departments are disconnected

Sales, operations and finance optimise separately and collide at the margin.

06

Decisions wait for information

By the time the data is clean, the window has already moved.

07

No AI roadmap

AI is discussed as a topic, not deployed as capacity.

08

Firefighting is the default

The urgent consumes the day; the important is postponed indefinitely.

None of this is a software problem. It is what happens when a business runs on people remembering instead of a system executing.

What is MYNDOZ BOS

An operating system for how the
whole company runs.

BOS integrates the ten layers that determine performance into one governed system — designed for your business, installed with your leadership team, and measured every month.

Not software

Nothing to license, migrate to, or maintain.

Not consulting

No deck handed over at the end of a diagnostic.

Not an ERP

It sits above your systems and makes them usable.

Ten layers. One system.

Each layer is designed to reinforce the others. Strategy sets direction, systems carry it, AI removes the manual weight, dashboards make performance visible, and accountability closes the loop.

The BOS Framework

Eight stages from dependency to system.

  1. 01

    Business Discovery

A structured read of the business as it actually operates — not as the org chart describes it.

  2. 02

    CEO Assessment

Where the founder is the constraint, the multiplier, and the single point of failure.

  3. 03

    Business Blueprint

The target operating model: functions, ownership, metrics and decision rights.

  4. 04

    System Design

Processes rebuilt as systems that run without escalation.

  5. 05

    AI Integration

AI applied where it removes manual work and sharpens judgment — nowhere else.

  6. 06

    Execution Rhythm

The weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence that keeps the plan moving.

  7. 07

    Dashboards

One live view of the business, from plant floor to P&L.

  8. 08

    Continuous Improvement

The system reviews itself and compounds quarter over quarter.

The BOS Modules

Twelve modules. Installed to fit.

Every organisation starts with the modules that release the largest constraint first. The rest are sequenced across the implementation roadmap.

Business Outcomes

We are measured on results,
not deliverables.

More profit

Margin recovered from pricing discipline, cost-to-serve visibility and reduced rework.

Better decisions

Live data replaces recollection in every review that matters.

Less owner dependency

The business holds its rhythm when the founder is not in the building.

Higher productivity

Manual reporting, follow-up and coordination absorbed by systems and AI.

AI readiness

Clean processes and reliable data — the precondition every AI initiative needs.

Stronger leadership

A second line that owns numbers instead of escalating them.

Faster growth

Capacity to take on volume without a proportional increase in headcount.

Operational excellence

Delivery, quality and cost performing to standard by default.

Who BOS is for

Built for companies where the ceiling is the operating model.

50–300 employees. ₹25–150 crore revenue. Founder-led, growth-stage, and past the point where personal oversight can carry the business further.

Questions

What CEOs ask before the first call.

No. BOS is an operating system for the business, not an application. It defines how strategy, operations, AI, execution and measurement work together, and it is installed on top of the tools you already run. Where new technology is required, we build or configure it as part of the programme.

An ERP records transactions. BOS governs decisions. Most companies with an underperforming ERP do not have a software problem — they have undefined processes, unclear ownership and no cadence. BOS fixes that layer, which is also what makes an ERP finally deliver its case.

Programmes are scoped after the assessment and priced as an engagement, not by the hour. They typically range from ₹10 lakh for a focused module installation to ₹1 crore for a multi-plant transformation with retained advisory. The strategy session establishes the likely range before any commitment.

Four to six hours a month, plus the monthly business review. The programme is designed to reduce your operational load, but the operating model cannot be delegated during installation — leadership sets the cadence the organisation adopts.

First measurable shifts appear inside 90 days, usually in reporting speed, escalation volume and delivery reliability. Financial outcomes such as margin and revenue typically move between months six and twelve.

No. Every engagement begins with the assumption that data is fragmented. Establishing a reliable data foundation is the first half of the work; AI is applied once the underlying process produces trustworthy inputs.

The mandate is capacity, not reduction. AI and automation absorb manual, low-judgment work so existing teams can carry growth without proportional hiring. Redeployment, not redundancy, is the design intent.

You own the operating model, dashboards, documentation, automations and internal capability. Continuity is a design requirement — the rhythm must hold without us in the room. Retained advisory is optional, not structural.
